   All too often, schools, gyms, and coaches develop generalized exercise programs that the entire team or group is prescribed to do. This potentially leads to under-development, sub-optimal training and higher risk for injury.

 

    As individuals, we come from all different backgrounds with varying genetic predispositions, tendencies, experience levels, and overall perceptions.
